Aaron has been working in private practice for 28 years. He has extensive post-graduate training in manual therapy, orthopaedics, anatomical acupuncture, concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation and persistent pain management. Aaron is an instructor for Acupuncture Canada. He was an instructor with the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA) for 9 years and has volunteered with both the Orthopaedic and Pain Science Divisions of the CPA.

He has successfully treated professional and high level athletes, however, the majority of his practice deals with treating people with everyday aches and pains. Aaron views the therapeutic relationship as a partnership where therapist and patient work together to achieve optimal results. As someone who has suffered numerous injuries and pain issues, Aaron has a special appreciation for the challenges pain presents and what is involved in the recovery process. Aaron enjoys an active lifestyle which includes working out, tennis, fishing and hiking. He also enjoys music, travelling and spending time with his wife and children.

She has post-graduate training in manual therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, paediatrics, and vestibular rehabilitation. She has 27 years of experience working mainly in private practice, but she has also worked in hospital inpatient, outpatient, long-term care and on-site in industrial settings. She is an instructor for Acupuncture Canada.

She believes in taking the time to listen to patients, do a thorough exam and get the whole picture in order to customize the best treatment approach for each individual. The patient’s goals take priority. Jennifer is fluent in English, Spanish and French. She enjoys staying active with her husband and two children hiking, swimming, skating, and travelling.

​ Jim is a Stayner native and is pleased to be working locally to improve the health and well-being of clients in his community. Jim is kind-hearted and values communication with his clients. He enjoys treating soft-tissue conditions with the goal of improving range of motion, mobility, and function. In the past Jim has worked in the trades and as a volunteer firefighter serving his local community. Meghan’s passion for sports, and her multiple injuries playing them, lead her to experience first hand what health care providers, like RMT’s, can do to help with pain management, range of motion rehabilitation, and prevention.

Her 9 years as an RMT working in multidisciplinary clinics has given Meghan the experience in creating catered treatment plans for multiple types of conditions and a variety of different injuries, using techniques such as trigger point release, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and stretches. Meghan is also a teacher of the Massage Therapy program, which keeps her up to date and relevant on all things massage therapy. Meghan’s philosophy of care is that by working with your patients and involving them in the goals and treatment plans process, massage therapy can be an extremely successful rehabilitation and prevention tool.

Meghan loves to play sports, try new cuisine, stay active through hiking and biking, and spend time with her family and friends.
